Why we give
Not under compulsion
Giving is worship. Before there was a law, Abel brought an offering by faith and Abraham gave Melchizedek a tenth of all, and under the New Covenant we give the same way, in the liberty of the Spirit rather than by law or tradition. The Old Testament gives the pattern: the tithe that sustained the ministry, the offerings that kept the house of God, and the gifts set aside for the poor, which is why we speak of tithes, offerings, and missions today. So we give not grudgingly or of necessity, but as each one purposes in his heart, for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Questions
Is my gift tax-deductible?Arizona Believers Church is a church; gifts are deductible as allowed by law. Year-end giving statements are sent each January.
Can I give to a specific need?Yes. In addition to Tithes or Offerings, add a note with your gift if you desire to give towards Missions, Youth 48, or Building Fund. Gifts without a note go to the general fund.
